Terms and Conditions of um8um8: clear rules for a fair experience

By creating an account on um8um8 and using any feature of the platform — whether placing a Sports Betting wager on the Brasileirão, playing a casino slot, depositing via Pix, or redeeming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and um8um8. If you disagree with any part of this document, you should not create an account or use the platform's services.

Um8um8 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. When this happens, the last updated date will be revised and, for material changes, you will be notified by email or through a notice within the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To create an um8um8 account and access the available services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age. um8um8 does not accept underage users and performs age verification during the registration and KYC process.
• Being resident in Brazil and hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate and up to date during registration: full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and phone number.
• Not having another active account on um8um8. Each CPF may have only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts to gain a bonus advantage constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not being self-excluded of um8um8 or any other betting platform through a binding self-exclusion program.

Um8um8 may refuse or close an account at any time if it determines that the information provided is incorrect, outdated, or fraudulent. Registration is free and does not create any obligation to make a deposit.

Identity verification is mandatory for processing withdrawals and for accessing advanced platform features. um8um8 follows the KYC (Know Your Customer) process in compliance with best practices for anti-money laundering and user protection.

The verification process may require the following documents:

• Photo ID: Valid Brazilian RG, CNH, or passport, front and back clearly legible.
• Proof of address: utility bill (electricity, water, or landline) or bank statement showing your current address, issued within the last 90 days.

• Boleto bancário: minimum of R$ 30.00 and maximum of R$ 5,000.00. Processing time of up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card: Visa and Mastercard, minimum of R$ 30.00 and maximum of R$ 10,000.00. Immediate credit upon operator approval.
• Mercado Pago: minimum R$ 20.00, maximum R$ 20,000.00. Instant credit via digital wallet.

All deposits must be made from accounts linked to the same CPF registered at um8um8. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — may be refused or held for verification. um8um8 is not responsible for funds mistakenly deposited into the wrong accounts and does not process reversals on deposits already in progress.

Um8um8 processes Pix withdrawals within 5 minutes for accounts with approved KYC. For accounts not yet verified, the withdrawal may go through manual review with a processing time of up to 24 hours.

General withdrawal rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 for all available methods (Pix, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED).
• Withdrawals can only be made to Pix accounts or Pix keys linked to the same CPF registered on the platform. This rule is non-negotiable and exists to protect users against fraud and unauthorized account use.
• Withdrawals of real balance — originating from direct deposits or from winnings on bets placed with real balance — may be requested at any time without additional restrictions.
• Withdrawals of converted bonus balance depend on meeting the rollover requirement specific to each promotion. Rollover progress can be tracked in real time in the promotions section of your account.
• Large withdrawals within a short period may be subject to additional security verification. This process exists to protect the user and is typically completed within up to 2 hours.

Um8um8 does not charge withdrawal fees for verified accounts. The amount requested is the amount that arrives in the destination bank account, with no deductions applied by the platform's processing.

Um8um8 offers different types of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are always available on the respective promotion page within the platform. The general rules that apply to all promotions are:

• Eligibility: welcome bonuses are exclusive to the first deposit on newly created accounts. One account per CPF, per residential IP address, and per payment method.
• Rollover requirement: most bonuses have a wagering requirement before the balance can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is clearly stated in the description of each promotion.
• Game contribution: slots and crash games (Spaceman, Aviator, Mines) contribute 100% toward rollover. Sports Betting on main markets contributes 100%. Live Casino games contribute 10%. Roulette and blackjack contribute 5%.
• Validity period: bonuses have a maximum of 30 days to be activated and completed after they are credited. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the wallet with no possibility of reactivation.
• Maximum bets with bonus: bets placed with an active bonus balance are subject to a maximum stake limit, typically R$ 25.00 per selection. Bets exceeding this limit while using a bonus balance may have their winnings voided.

Um8um8 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, particularly in cases of abusive use, multiple accounts, or any attempt to exploit bonus conditions.

Um8um8 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, with a focus on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBA and NBB), volleyball, e-sports, and American football.

General Sports Betting rules at um8um8:

• Bet acceptance: bets are automatically accepted for markets available before and during events. um8um8 is not obligated to accept any bet and may suspend markets at any time.
• Obvious odds errors: bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds of 50.00 where the correct value should be 1.50) may be canceled. um8um8 will notify the user and refund the full staked amount.
• Canceled events: if an event is canceled before it starts or abandoned before reaching the minimum regulatory time, the bet is voided and the amount is refunded. If the event is postponed by less than 48 hours, the bet remains valid for the new date.
• Cashout: the cashout feature is available in designated markets before and during events. The cashout value offered is calculated in real time and may be accepted or declined by the user. Once accepted, the cashout is final.
• Parlay bets: allowed with any combination of events and markets. The accumulator bonus applies automatically to multiples with 4 or more qualifying selections (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection).
• Live betting: um8um8 reserves the right to suspend live betting during critical events (penalties, red cards, data feed failures). Bets accepted before a critical event are honored normally.

• Technical failures: bets affected by documented technical failures (server-side connection outages from the provider, not the user) are voided and stakes refunded. Connection failures on the user's side do not qualify for a refund.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance withholding, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: creating or using more than one account under the same CPF or with different identities in order to gain a bonus advantage or circumvent limits.
• Bet manipulation: any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed, including collusion with third parties to exploit odds.
• Bonus abuse: systematically creating accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using a VPN to simulate eligibility, or any other practice aimed at extracting bonuses in an illegitimate way.
• Financial fraud: deposits using third-party credit cards, improper deposit chargebacks after funds have been used (fraudulent chargeback), money laundering, or any other form of financial manipulation.
• Use of automation software: bots, scripts, or any automated tool used to place bets or interact with casino games in a non-human manner.
• Unauthorized access: attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, the platform's systems, or any technical component of um8um8.

If any prohibited conduct is detected, um8um8 reserves the right to withhold and cancel active bonuses, confiscate any winnings obtained irregularly, block withdrawals during the investigation, and permanently close the account. Any real deposit amounts not involved in the irregularity will be returned once the investigation is complete.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing contato@um8um8.net. Prior to closure, any real balance available in the wallet may be withdrawn normally. Uncompleted bonuses are automatically cancelled at the time of closure.

Um8um8 may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information or refusing to submit requested KYC documentation.
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Request from the user themselves for temporary or permanent self-exclusion.
• Determination by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

If the account is closed at um8um8's initiative and no violation by the user has been established, the available real balance will be refunded in full via Pix or TED within up to 5 business days.

Um8um8 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or casino play conducted within the platform's rules. Sports Betting and casino games involve the risk of loss and there is no guarantee of profit. The decision to bet is solely the user's responsibility.

Um8um8 is not responsible for:

• User-side internet connection failures during live betting or casino sessions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own negligence (sharing passwords, unprotected devices).
• Odds variations between the time of review and the time of bet confirmation under normal market conditions.
• Temporary platform unavailability for scheduled maintenance, with advance notice published.

Um8um8's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount deposited and not withdrawn by the user during the period in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the platform.

Um8um8 believes that Sports Betting and casino are forms of entertainment and should be enjoyed in a healthy and responsible way. The platform offers a full set of self-control tools available directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once activated, the limit takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 24-hour cooling-off period is required before the change is confirmed.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount per period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place new bets or play until the start of the next defined period.
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and no promotional emails are sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close the account with a permanent ban on re-registration using the same CPF on the platform.

Um8um8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and through a visible notice within the platform.

Minor changes (language corrections, updates to operational limits, addition of new payment methods) may be implemented without prior notice, with the update date revised in this document.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available real balance without restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD), and the legislation applicable to the Sports Betting and online gaming market in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between a user and um8um8, the preferred resolution channel is customer support via live chat or email at contato@um8um8.net. um8um8 commits to responding to any formal complaint within up to 5 business days and to pursuing an amicable resolution before any escalation.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the jurisdiction of the Juizados Especiais Cíveis or the competent civil courts in the user's place of residence in Brazil, as provided under Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
